What is your return policy?

You must include a return form. All items must be unworn, in their original packaging with the tags still attached. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. There are no returns on formal wear, evening wear, cocktail dresses, cosmetics, or mink eyelashes. Visit our policies page for details.

Once the item is received back, please allow us 24-48 business hours to process your return. You will receive an e-mail from us containing your merchandise credit voucher once your item has been returned and inspected. Your instructions will be provided on how you use your credit voucher in the e-mail.

A 25 % restocking fee will apply.

What is the status of my return?

Returns will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date we receive your package. Kindly allow 3-5 business days for the return credit to post to your account from the date your return is processed. To track the status of your return package, keep the return tracking number from the UPS return label included with your order. Track delivery at www.UPS.com.

What is the cost of return shipping?

Return shipping fees are paid by the customer. Fees vary with each product do to shipping weight and distance. To keep shipping costs down we recommend shipping via UPS and packing your item securely in the smallest, lightest package possible.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. If you would like to exchange your item for another size or color and you would like to ensure that a specific item is in stock (size, style and color) it is best to purchase the item as soon as you see that it is in stock. We can then offer you a refund once your item is returned. Otherwise all returns will receive a merchandise credit voucher only and specific sizes and colors cannot be held.

How much will I be charged for sales tax?

Sales tax is automatically applied to your ShopAira.com.com order in accordance with individual state and local regulations if your shipping address is in Florida (6%).

Can I change/cancel an existing order?

We rely on a heavily automated process to provide you with the fastest service possible. Due to this automation, we are unable to make changes to an order after the order has been placed. Please review your order thoroughly before submitting it to avoid any inconveniences to yourself.
An order can be cancelled if it is in Pending status- 15 % service charge will apply. Orders that are processing or shipped cannot be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Can I re-route my shipped package to another shipping address?

For security purposes, we are unable to redirect a shipped package to a secondary shipping address. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

What if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please call our office within 3 days to report the damage. It is necessary for you to call the carrier immediately for a damage inspection and claim for reimbursement. All original packing materials and cartons must be retained for inspection purposes.

What forms of payment do you accept?

ShopAira.com proudly accepts Paypal. This service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information. We also accept AmEx, MC, Visa, and Discover payments via our secure server. We also accept company, personal checks or money orders but items will not be shipped out until payment clears when checks are used. We do not accept cash, or cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.).

All of the brands we carry are listed in alphabetical order in the scrolling catalog to the left. The categories (which allow you to shop by department) are under the brands, also in alphabetical order. If you are looking for something specific like a style number, or style name simply type the keyword in our search bar and matching results will appear. Please note that our system will only pull keywords from the item title.
